All Work No Play

Has your work gotten you in a tight position between work and your sex life? Do you end up taking your work home? Is the intimacy gone?

Lubricants that are labeled “Sexual” or “Personal” lubricants are the ones you want to go with. Some lubricants are sold as a “Novelty,” you don’t want to go with those. Lubricants that are labeled “Sexual” or “Personal” means they are likely to be safe.

Most Novelty lubricants are flavored. The problem with a novelty lubricant being flavored is that it most likely contains sugars that can lead to yeast infections. Not all novelty lubricants have sugars so read carefully and decide for your self.

Vaseline is no good. Vaseline is a petroleum-based product and it is no good because it weakens condoms.

Silicone lubricants are okay. The only problem with silicone lubes is that once it touches a silicone toy, the stuff gets real gooey and messy. The upside of silicone lubricant is that it feels great and lasts long.

Water-based lubricants are great. They are safe for you, condoms and sex toys. Although it might not last as long as silicone-based lubricants, it feels just as great and it most safe.

Tongue Technique – Cunnilingus

Cunnilingus is one of the most wonderful things you can ever do for a woman. It is been known in history that men who perform great cunnilingus are often considered to be great lovers. Some women even prefer cunnilingus to actual intercourse for it is the easiest way to get an exceptional orgasm.

If you’re partner has an unbearable smell that you can’t handle, or if she feels uncomfortable with you being down there (cause of the smell), suggest taking a hot shower or bath.
