Sleeping With Your Best Friend's Girl or Man

Now let’s not be coy. This type of situation is not such a common occurance but happens anyways and is fairly unpleasant for both. There is nothing more disrespectful than sleeping with your best friends girlfriend or friends. Sleeping with your best friends girlfriend or friends is truly hurtful and can take a turn for the worse so take caution all you cheaters.

Why do people do it? Experts conclude that the sense of risk or dare is the main reason why the people do it. It gives them an edge and an unnerving feeling that they have done wrong but no one will ever know. Most people say that it was plainly a one-night thing and that they got out of hand, admitting to their wrongs and never doing it again. Uh-huh, sure.

90% of people that have experienced this type of situation say that in the end of it all, they would not ever do it again. The other 10% said it was for the better cause they were better off with that person than their friend. 5% never stayed together while the other 5%, actually did and still are friends with their “best friend.” That is just odd.

In my point of view, extreme jealousy plays a big role. Your best friend might be jealous of what you have or what you have going on. They most likely want to be like you so they’ll do everything in their power to succeed and be exactly like you. In the case of the girl cheating with her best friends man, well, It takes a whole lot for a man to push an attractive, gorgeous, woman to the side especially if they’re ready, willing and promise not to speak a word. Unfaithful men act out of pure lust when put in a situation as such. Unfaithful women do the same.

A real friend would never sleep with your girl or your man. A real friend would never do anything to jeopardize your relationship. A real friend would also tell you if your “best friend” is trying to get them in bed.

I also personally think that this is an attack of your intelligence. Cheaters tend to think that they’re way smarter than you therefore they can play you as much as they want. Your so-called best friend most likely thinks very highly of themselves and that they’re way smarter and slick than you.

I once had a friend who was sleeping with their best friends girl. His girlfriend had left town for a few days to see some family and he decided to hit the local bar to hang out with some friends. Well low and behold, his girl’s best friend was at the same bar and they got to talking. After a few drinks and shots, one thing led to another. Needless to say, they ended up back at her house and woke up next to each other the very next day. This continued on for a few weeks until he couldn’t take it anymore and told his girl friend everything. They eventually broke off and he also broke all ties with her best friend, she followed suit. At the end of it all I asked him why and he replied with,” We were perfectly matched in bed and she was the best I’ve ever had but in reality, will not ever get along cause our personalities clash, so I had to choose not to pursue.....I was already hurting my girl friend at the time anyways so I knew the end was coming soon, my lust took over me and my good judgement.” And in turn, I told him how much of a punk ass he was.

The bottom line is, it is truly disrespectful and trifling. To sleep with your best friends girl or man is just out of context. I don’t think I’ve ever met anybody who came out a winner in this type of situation. Although I leave it all up to you to either forgive and forget, I would suggest hunting for a new best friend…..One that wont sleep with your love, stab you in the back, and would stay faithful no matter what!
