1. Product/Brand Manager – Estimated Pay: 90,100

This job will have you in control of product development, managing and marketing an assigned product line. This job will have you exercising your business savvy and creativity. This job gives you the flexibility of working at major hospitals to patient homes. Assists physician during examinations and procedures. Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. You will be required to have an associates degree and is certified registered nurse.

3. Property Manager – Estimated Pay: 81,400

This job consists of maintaining a group of commercial, industrial or residential properties. The tasks range from organizing trash pickup to directing the buying, selling or leasing of units. This job can get real hectic with tenants complaining about pipes bursting but is a good segway to getting into other real estate positions. 10% of the people who work this job make more than 114,900. This job entitles you to audit financial statements, advising companies on tax strategies and other business costs. This job may require a bachelors degree in accounting, finance and 2-4 years of experience in the field or related area.

5. Information Technologist Generalist – Estimated Pay: 47,800

This is the primary gateway to more advanced IT jobs. You will learn how to do routine maintenance and fix PC’s. Offshoring or not, IT jobs are expected to grow faster than average. Having good communication skills will also help you do the job. 10% of the people that work this job makes more than 64,400. the job growth for this job is 31%.
